Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Boutique Production Plant has the latest industrial equipment and a milling capacity of 70 tons of olives per day, which let us produce premium quality oils with the fruit of our own olive groves of Colinas de Garzon, meeting the highest standards required by the International Olive Council (IOC).
