In order to strengthen the identity of our Project, we are concerned about every stage in the production process by means of technical and ecological improvements - which are necessary for the care and preservation of everything our environment provides us with.

That is the reason why, in our Boutique Plant we make our oils exclusively from the fruit of our own olive plantations in Colinas de Garzon.

In a varietals garden containing more than a dozen of crop varieties coming from Italy, Spain, France, Israel and Argentina, we elaborate extra-virgin olive oil, meeting the highest requirements of the International Olive Council (IOC).

This authentic and balanced olive juice is the result of our dedication to every variety as if it were a specialty itself.
